2019 Team Training Camp

Are you a coach looking to improve your team's speed with the right approach and correct technique???

Luis Velez can help you and your team with professionally designed sessions, including instruction in:

• Injury Prevention Techniques
• Proper Warm-up/ Cool Down
• Stretching Techniques
• Sport-Specific Speed and Agility Training
• Plyometrics
• Core Training

• Warm up and Stretch
• Preparation and instructions about training Techniques
• Speed training drill work with feedback.
• Cool down/review 

• Teams/Groups of 15+ Athletes - $25 per person for training onsite at team’s venue. For training on Lenoir-Rhyne University’s Campus $35 per person.
  *Registration includes 4 team workout sessions

Refunds will be provided if necessary. Cancellations to attend the camp must be made at least one week prior to your scheduled camp option and a 90% refund will be given based on the camp option being cancelled in order to offset administrative costs.
